Nicola was born and raised here and her love of the area saw her bring up her own family here too. Although new to the real estate industry Nicola worked as a consultant for our Platinum Homes Whakatane branch and personally has multiple experience building or renovating and selling homes. House building, presentation and styling is her passion and she also enjoys spending time with family, travelling and exercising with friends on our beautiful tracks.

Nicola’s real estate service gives you the benefit of a team as she is joined with her daughter Ashley to be, ‘Team Nic & Ash’. Mother and daughter have combined their experience, talent and skillsets to provide exceptional service to clients wanting to buy or sell property.

Born and raised here, Ash spent a year overseas but decided Whakatane was where she wanted to be. Her previous work experience was in radio, as an on-air drive show announcer and specialising in marketing and advertising. Ash loves technology and has modern concepts and ideas, confident it’s the way of the future. In her free time, she loves to go fishing and diving, catching up with friends and keeping fit.
