Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa requires the personal information requested in this document to understand your business and assess whether your business is eligible to be registered as a Ngāti Awa Business with Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa. We will use the information for this purpose only and not disclose your information unless authorised by you or as permitted by law. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Registration Agreement
By registering with Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa I understand that:

1) Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa:

a) may provide me with information, advice or support based on the information provided in this registration form;
b) may be able to provide business support services as may be agreed between me and Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa;
c) my business may be considered for business opportunities from time to time;
d) provides information, advice and support in good faith, but takes no responsibility for any aspect of my business idea or business;
e) cannot vet my business for the purposes of funding or any other purpose;
f) cannot provide finance for my business, but may be able to help me access it from other sources;
g) registration of my business is at the discretion of Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa.
2) Should I receive Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa business support, summary details (business name, short description) will be published on Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa website and social media platforms, subject to the privacy and commercial sensitivity provisions in the Official Information Act 1983.

Registration Declaration
By registering my business with Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa I confirm that:

a) the content of this registration form is true and correct;
b) 50% of the entity I am registering as a Ngāti Awa business is owned by a person registered as a member of Ngāti Awa as defined in the Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa Settlement Act and Charter;
c) my business details may be used for communication and promotion activities;
d) I will provide if requested any details pertinent to this registration application.
